By accessing or using the Brevio mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.2. Overview of Services
Brevio provides AI-assisted and community-submitted summaries of books, articles, and long-form content. Access to the majority of content requires an active subscription. A limited portion of content is available for free.3. User Accounts
To use Brevio, you must create an account via Google or email login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to update your details as necessary.4. Subscription & Payments
Access to full content requires a monthly or yearly subscription. By subscribing:- You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- You may cancel anytime through your app store account settings.
- Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.We reserve the right to modify pricing and subscription models. Users will be notified in advance of any pricing changes.All billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds are subject to their policies.5. User-Generated Content
Users may submit summaries or related content to the platform.By submitting content, you agree that:- You own or have rights to the content submitted.
- You grant Brevio a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote the content.
- You will not submit inappropriate, offensive, harmful, misleading, or plagiarized material.We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove content at our sole discretion.6. Code of Conduct

Brevio offers in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions to access premium features.a. Billing & Payment:
- All payments are securely handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- We do not collect or store any credit card or billing details directly.
- Once a subscription is confirmed, the respective platform will charge your account.b. Subscription Management:
- Your subscription will auto-renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.c. Refunds:
- Refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
